Terrestrial produces community arts adventures in the south west of England.
We’ve had a busy few weeks… we’ve travelled through time at Frome Museum, launched hundreds of aeroplanes at the Library, and transformed the Town Hall into a riot of noise and colour.
We’re now beginning some gentler projects, working alongside brilliant artists and a range of community partners. We’re cooking, crafting, storytelling, painting and making music. We’re visiting schools, sports teams, care homes and campfires. We’ll share more about these adventures soon.
We are helping creative folk in Frome to develop ambitious ideas for community projects.
Adventures in Storytelling
Last summer we worked with more than 200 children from 3 primary schools in Frome to create new, wild stories.
This winter, we’ll be sharing stories around the fire with some of our project groups - and we could come and weave some new stories with you.
Weston-super-Mare
Terrestrial’s work began with a series of projects that brought together visiting artists and local community groups in Weston. This film follows the final weeks of those unique collaborations, and gives a good introduction to the way that we work.
